WHAT TO DO

Hiring our boxes for your trip could not be simpler.

We are able to take bookings up to six months in adavance and can accomodate for weekend bookings (3 day minimum hire) right up to long stay trips

 

All we ask is that you complete the form below and email it to us along with a photo copy of your current driving licence or passport plus a proof of address dated within the last 3 months (a utility bill is perfect)

 

OUR RATES

we currently offer short trip and week long packages for hire with additional days available to bolt on

SHORT TRIP HIRE - 3 day hire charged at £25.00 including Vat

WEEK LONG HIRE - 7 day hire charged at £45.00 including Vat

ADDITIONAL DAYS - Each additional day is charged at £6.00 per day Including Vat

Please note that we also require a refundable deposit of £100.00 before we can release any of our boxes for hire. This will be refunded on the day the box is returned

 

COLLECTION AND RETURN

Many customers choose to collect their boxes from us and then return them on the final day of hire. Collection can be made from 8am on the first day of hire with return expected by 12pm on the final day of hire.

IMPORTANT REMINDER - We advise customers to allow for extra days either side of their trip for collecting and returning the box. For example you may need to hire the box for an extra day at the start of your trip if you are travelling early the next morning

 

DELIVERY

We are also able to offer a delivery service of our boxes using our reliable couriers. This is generally at a charge of £15.00 each way (please contact us to discuss this option)

 

LATE CHARGES

A late payment charge of £10.00 per day will be charged for each day our bike boxes are returned late
